Replacement of the exterior for the senior service center (4 places)

This public project aims to replace the existing exterior finishing materials—Dryvit, a combustible and fire-prone cladding system—installed on four district-run senior centers in Jung-gu, Seoul. The replacement will use non-combustible materials with improved insulation and fire resistance to ensure a safer environment for the elderly residents who use these facilities.
