TP Square, the retail space within the Yeouido Private School Pension Tower, proposes a value-driven commercial environment designed to enrich the daily lives of nearby residents and office workers. Guided by the design strategy Urban Grove and the concept Riverside, it offers an oasis-like retreat from the surrounding high-rise cityscape—creating a customer-centered space for rest, connection, and everyday inspiration.
